7-Ethyl-10-Hydroxycamptothecin
7-Ethyl-10-Hydroxycamptothecin is a member of the class of pyranoindolizinoquinolines that is (4S)-pyrano[3',4':6,7]indolizino[1,2-b]quinoline-3,14-dione bearing two additional ethyl substituents at positions 4 and 11 as well as two additional hydroxy substituents at positions 4 and 9. It is the active metabolite of irinotecan and is ~1000 times more active than irinotecan itself. It has a role as an antineoplastic agent, a drug metabolite, an EC 5.99.1.2 (DNA topoisomerase) inhibitor and an apoptosis inducer.
7-Ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin shows cytotoxicity against breast cancer, it efficiently target-bind to the colon and lungs of mice.

Camptothecin
Camptothecin is a pyranoindolizinoquinoline that is pyrano[3',4':6,7]indolizino[1,2-b]quinoline which is substituted by oxo groups at positions 3 and 14, and by an ethyl group and a hydroxy group at position 4 (the S enantiomer). It has a role as an antineoplastic agent, an EC 5.99.1.2 (DNA topoisomerase) inhibitor, a genotoxin and a plant metabolite. It is a delta-lactone, a quinoline alkaloid, a tertiary alcohol and a pyranoindolizinoquinoline. Camptothecin is a specific inhibitor of DNA topoisomerase I (Topo I) with IC50 of 0.68 μM; it is a novel alkaloidal leukemia and tumor inhibitor, is a strong inhibitor of nucleic acid synthesis in mammalian cells and a potent inducer of strand breaks in chromosomal DNA. Camptothecin and its analogs reduce amyloid-β production and amyloid-β42-induced IL-1β production.

Trans Sodium Crocetinate
Trans sodium crocetinate (TSC) has been developed to enhance the delivery of oxygen to hypoxic tissues, TSC with temozolomide and radiation therapy for glioblastoma multiforme. TSC provides neuroprotection against cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in obese mice, it improves outcomes in rodent models of occlusive and hemorrhagic stroke.

Wogonoside
Wogonin 7-O-beta-D-glucuronide is the glycosyloxyflavone which is the 7-O-glucuronide of wogonin. It is a beta-D-glucosiduronic acid, a monomethoxyflavone, a monohydroxyflavone, a glycosyloxyflavone and a monosaccharide derivative. It is functionally related to a wogonin. It is a conjugate acid of a wogonin 7-O-beta-D-glucuronate. Wogonoside has anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, anti-angiogenic and anticancer effects, it may exert its anti-inflammatory effect via dual inhibition of NF-κB and NLRP3 inflammasome. Wogonoside induced autophagy through the MAPK-mTOR pathway, it inhibited LTB 4 production at the concentration of 100 uM.
