Zearalenone
Zearalenone is one of the most widely distributed harmful mycotoxins produced by Fusarium species, especially deposited in corn oil. Zearalenone has been shown to cause diverse toxic effects in animals and are also suspected of disease causation in humans. It and its phase I metabolites α- and ß-zearalenol are also HSP90 ATPase inhibitors. Zearalenone is a macrolide comprising a fourteen-membered lactone fused to 1,3-dihydroxybenzene; a potent estrogenic metabolite produced by some Giberella species. It has a role as a fungal metabolite and a mycoestrogen. It is a macrolide and a member of resorcinols.

Moringin
Moringin is a modulator of neuroinflammation via the β-catenin-PPARγ axis, it can activate Wnt canonical pathway by inhibiting GSK3β in a mouse model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. Moringin is effective in inducing apoptosis through p53 and Bax activation and Bcl-2 inhibition, it demonstrates the antitumor efficacy in human malignant astrocytoma cells. The combination of cannabidiol and moringin has anti-inflammatory, antioxidative, and anti-apoptotic effects.

Norfuronol
4-hydroxy-5-methyl-3-furanone is a member of the class of furans that is 5-methyl-2,3-dihydrofuran with a hydroxy group at position 4 and a keto group at position 3. It has a role as a metabolite. It is a member of furans, an enol and a cyclic ketone. It is functionally related to a 5-methyl-2,3-dihydrofuran.

Abscisic acid
Abscisic acid (ABA) is a ubiquitous hormone that regulates plant growth, development and responses to environmental stresses, plays a crucial role in the plant's response to both biotic and abiotic stress. Treatment with low concentrations of abscisic acid ( 10 to 100 microM) induced an antioxidative defence response against oxidative damage, but a high concentration of ABA (1,000 microM) induced an excessive generation of AOS and led to an oxidative damage in plant cells. (+)-abscisic acid is the naturally occurring (1'S)-(+) enantiomer of abscisic acid. It is an important sesquiterpenoid plant hormone which acts as a regulator of plant responses to environmental stresses such as drought and cold. It has a role as a plant hormone and a plant metabolite. It is a conjugate acid of a (+)-abscisate. It is an enantiomer of a (-)-abscisic acid.

Soyasaponin Be methyl ester
1. Soyasaponins has chemoprevention activities, it prevent H₂O₂-induced inhibition of gap junctional intercellular communication by scavenging reactive oxygen species in rat liver cells. 2. Soyasaponins can significantly decrease blood glucose, improve atherosclerotic index, and inhibit lipid peroxidation and platelet aggregation in diabetic rats, which may be useful in prevention and control of diabetes mellitus and diabetes-associated atherosclerosis. 3. Soyasaponins abundant in soybean have anti-inflammatory activities, low-dose SSs alleviated contact hypersensitivity (CHS) symptoms by attenuating inflammation and improving the intestinal microbiota composition, suggesting that dietary SSs may have beneficial effects on allergic contact dermatitis (ACD). 4. Dietary soyasaponin has inhibitory effects on 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene-induced contact hypersensitivity in mice.

Arctiin
Arctiin is a glycoside and a lignan. Arctiin, a plant lignan that can be extracted from the Arctium lappa (burdock) seeds, is a possible environmental endocrine disruptor compounds and have been shown to influence sex hormone metabolism as well as protein synthesis, steroid biosynthesis. Arctiin has been reported to have preventing obesity, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidant effects in vitro. Arctiin inhibits adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 adipocytes through the inhibition of PPARγ and C/EBPα and the activation of AMPK signaling pathways. Arctiin also has a protective effect on ROS-induced cell dysfunction in HHDPCs and may therefore be useful for alopecia prevention and treatment strategies. Arctiin is an orally active NF - κ B inhibitor. Arctiin inhibits the expression of cyclin D1 protein in human tumor cells. Arctiin can also reduce levels of malondialdehyde and pro-inflammatory cytokines. Arctiin can be used for the study of glomerulonephritis.

Quercetin Dihydrate
Quercetin dihydrate loaded electrospun nanofibrous membrane show antimycotic effect on candida albicans. Clinoptilolite modified with quercetin dihydrate has shown better cytotoxicity compared with clinoptilolite modified with quercetin. The supplementation of quercetin dihydrate and gallate promotes an increase in fecal sterols, which in turn leads to a decreased absorption of dietary cholesterol as well as lower plasma and hepatic cholesterol.
