Dehydrocorydaline nitrate
Dehydrocorydaline has anti-inflammatory activity, it has antinociceptive effects in mouse models of inflammatory pain, the effects involve the opioid receptor and inflammatory cytokines. Dehydrocorydaline can inhibit elevated mitochondrial membrane potential in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated macrophages.Dehydrocorydaline not only inhibits antibody-mediated allergic reactions but also influences cell-mediated allergic reactions, and the inhibitory effect of Corydalis Tuber on allergic reactions may be partially attributed to dehydrocorydaline.

Decursinol
Decursinol is an organic heterotricyclic compound that is 7,8-dihydro-2H,6H-pyrano[3,2-g]chromen-2-one substituted by a beta-hydroxy group at position 7 and two methyl groups at position 8. It is isolated from the roots of Angelica gigas and has been found to possess significant inhibitory activity against acetylcholinesterase enzyme (EC 3.1.1.7). It has a role as a metabolite, an analgesic, an antineoplastic agent and an EC 3.1.1.7 (acetylcholinesterase) inhibitor. Decursinol may be a beneficial antimetastatic agent, targeting MMPs and its upstream signaling molecules; it inhibits the proliferation and invasion of CT-26 colon carcinoma cells, might via downregulated ERK and JNK phosphorylation. Aspirin-decursinol has neuroprotective effects, may be closely related to the attenuation of ischemia-induced gliosis and maintenance of antioxidants.

Tiliroside
Tribuloside is a glycosyloxyflavone that is kaempferol attached to a 6-O-[(2E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enoyl]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl residue at position 3 via a glycosidic linkage. It has a role as a plant metabolite. It is a trihydroxyflavone, a cinnamate ester, a glycosyloxyflavone and a monosaccharide derivative. It is functionally related to a kaempferol and a trans-4-coumaric acid. Tiliroside possesses anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-complement, anti-diabetic, anticarcinogenic and hepatoprotective activities. Tiliroside enhances fatty acid oxidation via the enhancement adiponectin signaling associated with the activation of both AMP-activated protein kinase and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α and ameliorates obesity-induced metabolic disorders.
