Mogroside IIIe has anti-inflammatory activity, it attenuates LPS-induced acute lung injury in mice partly through regulation of the TLR4/MAPK/NF-κB axis via AMPK activation. It also has anti-fibrotic activity, it reduces pulmonary fibrosis through Toll-Like receptor 4 pathways. Mogroside IIIE is a mogroside, a beta-D-glucoside and a disaccharide derivative. It has a role as an antifibrotic agent and a plant metabolite. It is functionally related to a mogroside IE.
