Spiraeoside has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, ulcer preventive and gastroprotective activities, it inhibits mast cells activation and IgE-mediated allergic responses by suppressing phospholipase C-γ-mediated signaling. Spiraeoside shows anti-plasmin activity, which is considered to play a key role in UV-stimulated melanogenesis in human skin. Spiraeoside is a new inhibitor of the DENV-NS5 RdRp from Carpolepis laurifolia as a potential antiviral drug for dengue treatment. Quercetin 4'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside is a quercetin O-glucoside that is quercetin with a beta-D-glucosyl residue attached at position 4'. It has a role as an antioxidant, an antineoplastic agent and a plant metabolite. It is a beta-D-glucoside, a member of flavonols, a tetrahydroxyflavone, a monosaccharide derivative and a quercetin O-glucoside. It is functionally related to a beta-D-glucose. It is a conjugate acid of a quercetin 4'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside(1-).
