It is a fusion expression tag featuring low immunogenicity and non-cytotoxicity, widely applied in the construction of eukaryotic and prokaryotic protein overexpression vectors for labeling, tracing, enrichment and quantitative detection of recombinant proteins. Compared with Myc, V5 and HA tags, it delivers higher binding affinity, lower non-specific binding, and compatibility with co-immunoprecipitation coupled with mass spectrometry. |
